The most important is the feedback WhatsApp customers who receive your messages give.<br>For example, if someone who receives one of your messages immediately blocks you or even marks you as spam, WhatsApp interprets this as a negative signal. In this state, it is not possible to move to a <a href=\"https:\/\/support.spoki.com\/docs\/regole-whatsapp\/limiti-conattti\/\">higher level<\/a> in order to contact more people in 24 hours. If message quality improves by moving to a high or medium status within the next 7 days, the status will return to <strong>Connected<\/strong>. If the quality of the assessment does not improve, your status still returns to <strong>Connected<\/strong>, but you will be <a href=\"https:\/\/support.spoki.com\/docs\/regole-whatsapp\/limiti-conattti\/\">downgraded<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Limited<\/strong>: This status is used when you reach your message limit. During this phase, you cannot send messages until the 24-hour window is reset.
