The Spoki platform is a WebApp; it can be accessed from any pc\/mobile from a browser (Google Chrome is recommended).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is no Spoki app, and the activated number cannot be associated with traditional WhatsApp apps. From mobile, it is possible to save the Spoki page to your Home so that you have easy and direct access to the platform as given in the instructions below. By adding Spoki to your Home, you can receive notifications for new messages to read.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is recommended to use pc for all building and defining automation\/ integration activities limiting the use from mobile to the use of chat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below are instructions for saving Spoki to the Home of the smartphone:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below is information on how to turn on notifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to the bottom right button on the platform and access your Profile (notifications can be customized for each user). On the right you will find the following screen, at the bottom on Push Notifications move the slider to ON.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next you will see the following screen and can customize the notifications to receive:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\"\"\n\n\n\n

Specifically, you will be able to choose the following preferences:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Show notifications in App: show notification banner while Spoki is in use (this feature is very useful for users who have multiple accounts associated)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Play notification sound: if you like to receive an audible notification<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Receive notifications of: allows you to customize the activation\/deactivation of notifications only on specific accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
