Once the template is approved, for all translations, you will be able to send the message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on the international prefix of the contact, Spoki will automatically send the message in the correct translation.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifically, Spoki will perform the following checks for sending the message:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Search <strong>specific translation<\/strong> of the international prefix e.g. prefix +33 will send the message in French translation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in case there is no specific translation (French in our example), it will send the <strong>English<\/strong> translation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in case English translation is not available, Spoki will send the message in the <strong>default language set on the platform <\/strong>(in the Company section &#8211; see image below)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"394\" src=\"https:\/\/support.spoki.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Screenshot-2023-03-15-alle-10.12.36-1024x394.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1071\" srcset=\"https:\/\/support.spoki.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Screenshot-2023-03-15-alle-10.12.36-1024x394.png 1024w, https:\/\/support.spoki.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Screenshot-2023-03-15-alle-10.12.36-300x115.png 300w, https:\/\/support.spoki.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Screenshot-2023-03-15-alle-10.12.36-768x296.png 768w, https:\/\/support.spoki.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Screenshot-2023-03-15-alle-10.12.36-1536x591.png 1536w, https:\/\/support.spoki.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Screenshot-2023-03-15-alle-10.12.36.png 1590w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have requested the template you can set up your <a href=\"https:\/\/support.spoki.com\/en\/docs\/platform\/automations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">automation<\/a> normally. Basically, while for Italian you can click in the first automation, under the button on Create Automation, for the buttons in the other languages you have to write the trigger yourself by selecting in the automation with the answer to the button on &#8220;Add Start Step,&#8221; writing exactly the wording given on the buttons created in the template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. If the response to the button is a FREE message: then a response automation will need to be created for each button for each translation.
