can select a <strong>reference period<\/strong> for generating reports.<br>To do this, open the automation and click on the <strong>\u201cReport\u201d<\/strong> icon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure open, allowing you to select the period for which you want to extract statistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you do not enter a specific period, the statistics will refer to the total number of mailings made \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>For each step within the automation (messages, tags, etc.), the following metrics are available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Executed (% of total):<\/strong> total number of executed sends (excluding errors).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Read:<\/strong> messages with a blue double check, confirmed as read.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delivered:<\/strong> messages with a grey double check, successfully delivered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sent:<\/strong> messages with a single check, sent but not yet delivered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pending:<\/strong> messages waiting due to a delay configured in the automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In progress:<\/strong> messages where WhatsApp has not yet returned read feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Error:<\/strong> messages not sent due to invalid numbers, template errors, or other issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Drop-offs:<\/strong> contacts who did not continue to the next step.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>By clicking on the number of <strong>Read<\/strong>, <strong>Delivered<\/strong>, or <strong>Sent<\/strong>, you can view the list of contacts in that status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Attention when modifying templates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> If you modify a template, you will lose the statistics associated with it, including those for past periods in which it was used in the automation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To avoid losing data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create a new automation while keeping the previous one unchanged, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save screenshots of the statistics you want to keep.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tracking responses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To track responses received after sending a template, use the <strong>\u201cAny customer reply\u201d<\/strong> step immediately after the message is sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This way:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customers who remain in the \u201cAny reply\u201d step are those who <strong>did not reply<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers who move on from that step are those who <strong>did reply<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>22 customers replied \u2192 automatically tagged as <strong>\u201cto be read and answered\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>118 templates sent<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>96 customers pending in the \u201cAny reply\u201d step \u2192 did not
