{"id":2476,"date":"2023-01-27T15:22:19","date_gmt":"2023-01-27T15:22:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.spoki.com\/docs\/uncategorized\/how-to-automatically-handle-those-who-do-not-respond\/"},"modified":"2025-08-29T09:42:41","modified_gmt":"2025-08-29T09:42:41","password":"","slug":"how-to-automatically-handle-those-who-do-not-respond","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/support.spoki.com\/en\/docs\/how-to-en\/how-to-automatically-handle-those-who-do-not-respond\/","title":{"rendered":"How to automatically handle those who do not respond"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>If you use a List, and therefore a campaign, as your automation startup step, you can track not only those who take the action suggested by you in the template buttons, but also those contacts who do not take any action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consider the &#8220;Start List&#8221; in this list (which you can put in the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.spoki.com\/en\/docs\/platform\/campaigns\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Campaign<\/a>), which includes the contacts to whom you want to send a communication. You have identified two call-to-actions (CTAs) in the communication, for example, Technical Assistance and Consulting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other client response automations need to be linked to each button related to the template. For clients who click on these two buttons, we request that automation remove them from the original list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click on Your automatic action &gt;&gt; Remove from list &gt;&gt; select starting list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I perform this operation on both automations linked to template buttons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this way, by difference, all contacts who did not click on either the first or the second button will remain in the original list.
