by going to Menu &gt;&gt; Template Messages &gt;&gt; New.<\/p>\n\n<p>Then create your automation and enter your newly created template message.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on &#8220;Automations&#8221;
