This feature allows you to effectively manage customer consent for promotional communications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When a marketing-type template is selected, the \u201cUnsubscribe\u201d button will automatically be displayed by default. For example, in a campaign sent to a customer group, the message will only be delivered to those who have given marketing consent. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Full Unsubscription<\/strong>: The contact is completely blocked and will not receive any communication\u2014whether marketing, utility, or OTP.<br>Note: If the template is sent manually in the contact&#8217;s individual chat, it will still be sent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Automation and Status Management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All Spoki accounts have this automation preconfigured.
