How It Works<\/strong>When selecting the \u201cDelay\u201d step, you can customize the waiting period according to different options:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Preset Time<\/strong>: Select a specific period of time before the contact moves to the next action, e.g., 1h, 5\u2019, 10\u201d, and so on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Predefined Date and Time<\/strong>: Set an exact date and time so that the contact waits until the precise moment when these conditions are met. For example: \u201cWait until 25-12-25 to send the \u2018Merry Christmas\u2019 template.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Specific Day of the Week and Time<\/strong>: Choose a specific day of the week and an exact time so that the automation is triggered only when these parameters are met. For example: \u201cWait until Friday at 5:00 PM.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
