PrestaShop provides a Webservice API<\/strong> that allows external applications\u2014such as AI-powered tools\u2014to connect with your store, retrieve data, and perform specific actions. By enabling and configuring the Webservice, you can seamlessly integrate your Prestashop store with Spoki AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Part 1: Enable the Webservice in PrestaShop<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In oder to enable Prestashop webservice api you should do these steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Login to your Prestashop Backoffice<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. From the left-hand menu, go to Advanced Parameters \u2192 Webservice<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Then inside the webservice you should enable PrestaShop’s webservice from the configuration and save it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step 1: Create an API Key<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    At first, click Add New Webservice Key<\/strong> at the top right corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the new page you should do the following steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Generate a unique Key<\/strong> (you can either type your own or click Generate<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Enter a Key Description<\/strong> to easily identify what this key is used for (e.g., “AI Integration”).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Set the Permissions<\/strong> which is needed for Spoki AI (explained in detail in Part 3)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Save the new webservice key.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Step 2: Set the correct permissions<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      Configuring the right permissions is essential to ensure that your PrestaShop store integrates correctly with Spoki AI<\/strong>. Without the appropriate access, Spoki AI will not be able to search and retrieve product information effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      When creating the Webservice Key<\/strong>, make sure you grant View (GET)<\/strong> permissions for the following resources:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Combinations<\/strong> \u2192 View (GET)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Currencies<\/strong> \u2192 View (GET)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Images<\/strong> \u2192 View (GET)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Languages<\/strong> \u2192 View (GET)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Product Feature Values<\/strong> \u2192 View (GET)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Product Features<\/strong> \u2192 View (GET)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Product Option Values<\/strong> \u2192 View (GET)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Product Options<\/strong> \u2192 View (GET)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Products<\/strong> \u2192 View (GET)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Search<\/strong> \u2192 View (GET)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Tax Rule Groups<\/strong> \u2192 View (GET) <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Customers<\/strong> -> View (GET)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Additionally, ensure that you grant the Add (POST)<\/strong> permission listed below. These two permissions are only required to enable order creation. If you do not plan to support order creation, you may safely omit them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Customers<\/strong> -> Add (POST)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Part 2: Connecting to Spoki AI<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Now that you have your Prestashop credentials, let\u2019s enter them into your Spoki dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Step 1: Navigate to AI Integrations in Spoki<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          1. In your Spoki dashboard, go to the AI<\/strong> section from the left-hand menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Select the Integrations and Tool<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Scroll down to the AI Integrations<\/strong> section and click the Add Integrations<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Step 2: Choose the Prestashop Integration<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

            1. A pop-up will appear listing available integrations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Click on Prestashop<\/strong> to proceed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              • Prestashop Access Token<\/strong>: Enter the generated API Key<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • URL<\/strong>: Enter your prestashop url address (example: https:\/\/my-prestashop-store.com)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Once all fields are filled, click Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Step 3: Activate Prestashop Options<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                After saving your credentials, you will be taken to the final step where you can activate the specific AI functions you want to use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                1. Toggle on the features you want the Spoki AI to handle, such as Search Products, Get Product Detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  Step 4: Install Spoki PrestaShop<\/strong> Plugin<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                  To use the PrestaShop order-creation<\/strong> feature in Spoki\u2019s AI plugin, go to the Integrations<\/strong> section in Spoki and locate PrestaShop<\/strong>. Download the latest version (v2.5.1<\/strong>) and install it in your PrestaShop store. Once installed, the AI tool will be able to create orders automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  After installing the Spoki plugin in your PrestaShop store, ensure that external endpoints are enabled. Also, copy and save the Delivery URL and the Spoki Secret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
