<strong>Deals<\/strong> feature allows you to manage sales opportunities and track their progress through <strong>customizable pipelines<\/strong>.<br>Each deal represents a sales opportunity associated with one or more contacts and helps track value, status, and expected close date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deals provides a clear view of the entire sales funnel, enabling teams to organize commercial activities and close deals more efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accessing Deals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To access the feature:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the <strong>Deals<\/strong> section from the main menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On first access, you will be prompted to create a pipeline<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>At least one pipeline is required to start working with deals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sales Pipelines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is a pipeline<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>pipeline<\/strong> is a visual representation of your sales process.<br>It consists of multiple <strong>stages<\/strong>, each representing a phase of the sales journey, from initial contact to deal closure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Creating a pipeline<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To create a pipeline:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click <strong>Create Pipeline<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter a descriptive name (e.g. <em>Sales Pipeline<\/em>, <em>Customer Onboarding<\/em>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configure the stages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save the pipeline<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Managing pipelines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pipelines can be managed from the \u2699\ufe0f <strong>Settings<\/strong> icon in the Deals section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create new pipelines (up to 10)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rename existing pipelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change the pipeline order<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delete empty pipelines (without deals)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pipeline Stages<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stage structure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Each pipeline contains multiple <strong>stages<\/strong> that represent the deal status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When a pipeline is created, it includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One configurable initial stage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>Won<\/strong> stage with 100% probability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>Lost<\/strong> stage with 0% probability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Won<\/strong> and <strong>Lost<\/strong> stages are fixed and cannot be deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stage configuration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For each stage, you can define:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Closing probability<\/strong> deal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>deal<\/strong> represents a sales opportunity associated with one or more contacts.<br>Each deal includes key information such as value, owner, pipeline, stage, and close date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Creating a deal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To create a new deal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click <strong>Create or more contacts with a deal.<br>When a contact is selected, the deal title is automatically pre-filled with the contact\u2019s name (editable).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Amount<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Represents the expected value of the deal.<br>The amount is displayed in views and used for statistics and reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Close date<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Indicates when the deal is expected to close.<br>When a deal is moved to <strong>Won<\/strong> or <strong>Lost<\/strong>, the close date is automatically set if not already defined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reference<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>An optional field useful for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>External in a table format and allows you to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>View all main deal fields<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sort by name, stage, dates, and amount<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select multiple deals for bulk deletion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pipeline View<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Displays deals as cards organized by stage.<br>Each card shows the deal title, owner, amount, dates, and associated contacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deals can be moved between stages using <strong>drag &amp; drop<\/strong>.<br>Changes are saved automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator API<\/strong> is enabled, deals automatically send events to the connected Meta Pixel.<br>This allows sales performance tracking in <strong>Meta Ads Manager<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3
