Spoki.<br\/>Para segmentar clientes debes crear una nueva automatizaci\u00f3n haciendo click en Automatizaciones &gt;&gt; Nuevo y enviar la plantilla a la lista de clientes haciendo clic en \u00abTu din\u00e1micos<\/strong>: se podr\u00e1 ejecutar la automatizaci\u00f3n para clientes que tengan\/no tengan un valor determinado dentro del campo din\u00e1mico seleccionado.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Etiquetas<\/strong>: se puede continuar\/finalizar la automatizaci\u00f3n para todos los contactos que tendr\u00e1n la etiqueta seleccionada<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Listas<\/strong>: es posible continuar\/finalizar la automatizaci\u00f3n para todos los contactos de la lista indicada.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Tickets<\/strong>: es posible continuar\/finalizar la automatizaci\u00f3n para todos los contactos que tendr\u00e1n el estado o la prioridad del ticket indicado.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Operadores<\/strong>: es posible
