Sync Klaviyo Lists and Segments with Spoki

By integrating Klaviyo with Spoki, you can leverage WhatsApp and SMS in your marketing automation strategy sending personalized, scheduled notifications directly to your audience.

The integration enables two-way syncing of lists and segments between the platforms, empowering you to target the right people at the right time.

🛠️ How to Connect Klaviyo to Spoki #

1. Go to Integrations in the Spoki menu.
2. Search for Klaviyo and click on it.
3. Toggle ON the Activation Switch on top right of the page
4. Click on the “Connect Klaviyo” button.
5. A permission screen will appear asking you to authorize access
6. Click Allow to complete the connection.

Once connected, the integration status will turn green and your account details will be visible under the “Klaviyo account” section.

If your user has access to more than one account, you’ll be able to select the one you want to connect.

📥 Importing Lists and Segments from Klaviyo to Spoki #

1. Go to the Lists section in Spoki.
2. Click New List.
3. Select Import from Klaviyo.
4. Choose whether to import a:
   • Klaviyo List
   • Klaviyo Segment
5. Name your new list and click Create list.

Important Notes During Import:

• Only profiles with a phone number will be imported.
• Spoki fields are updated only if missing in Spoki but present in Klaviyo.
• No contact is removed from Spoki.

You can later click Klaviyo → Spoki to re-sync data and view import history with timestamps.

📤 Exporting Lists from Spoki to Klaviyo #

1. Open any list previously synced or created in Spoki.
2. Click the Spoki → Klaviyo button.

Important Notes During Export:

• Only contacts with an email will be exported.
• Klaviyo fields are updated only if missing in Klaviyo but present in Spoki.
• No profile is removed from Klaviyo.

On the Spoki Dashboard: #

1. Navigate to Automations.
2. Click New to create a new automation.
3. Press Add Trigger and select Klaviyo.
4. Copy the generated Webhook URL.
5. Add a template as a messaging step.
6. Save the automation.

On Klaviyo: #

1. Create or edit a Flow.
2. Add a new Action.
3. Select Webhook.
4. Paste the URL from Spoki into the URL field.
5. Paste the JSON BODY provided by Spoki (edit fields if needed).
6. Save.
