Sales opportunity and pipeline management
Overview #
The Deals feature allows you to manage sales opportunities and track their progress through customizable pipelines.
Each deal represents a sales opportunity associated with one or more contacts and helps track value, status, and expected close date.
Deals provides a clear view of the entire sales funnel, enabling teams to organize commercial activities and close deals more efficiently.
Accessing Deals #
To access the feature:
- Open the Deals section from the main menu
- On first access, you will be prompted to create a pipeline
At least one pipeline is required to start working with deals.
Sales Pipelines #
What is a pipeline #
A pipeline is a visual representation of your sales process.
It consists of multiple stages, each representing a phase of the sales journey, from initial contact to deal closure.
Creating a pipeline #
To create a pipeline:
- Click Create Pipeline
- Enter a descriptive name (e.g. Sales Pipeline, Customer Onboarding)
- Configure the stages
- Save the pipeline
Managing pipelines #
Pipelines can be managed from the ⚙️ Settings icon in the Deals section.
You can:
- Create new pipelines (up to 10)
- Rename existing pipelines
- Change the pipeline order
- Delete empty pipelines (without deals)
Pipeline Stages #
Stage structure #
Each pipeline contains multiple stages that represent the deal status.
When a pipeline is created, it includes:
- One configurable initial stage
- A Won stage with 100% probability
- A Lost stage with 0% probability
The Won and Lost stages are fixed and cannot be deleted.
Stage configuration #
For each stage, you can define:
- Name
- Closing probability (0–100%)
Stages can be:
- Reordered via drag & drop
- Deleted only if they contain no deals
Deals #
What is a deal #
A deal represents a sales opportunity associated with one or more contacts.
Each deal includes key information such as value, owner, pipeline, stage, and close date.
Creating a deal #
To create a new deal:
- Click Create Deal
- Fill in the required fields

Deal fields #
Contacts #
You can associate one or more contacts with a deal.
When a contact is selected, the deal title is automatically pre-filled with the contact’s name (editable).
Amount #
Represents the expected value of the deal.
The amount is displayed in views and used for statistics and reporting.
Close date #
Indicates when the deal is expected to close.
When a deal is moved to Won or Lost, the close date is automatically set if not already defined.

An optional field useful for:
- External system integrations
- Automations
- Quick deal identification
Available views #
View types #
Deals can be viewed in two ways:
- List View
- Pipeline View
List View #
Displays deals in a table format and allows you to:
- View all main deal fields
- Sort by name, stage, dates, and amount
- Select multiple deals for bulk deletion
Pipeline View #
Displays deals as cards organized by stage.
Each card shows the deal title, owner, amount, dates, and associated contacts.
Deals can be moved between stages using drag & drop.
Changes are saved automatically.
Filters and search #
Filters available at the top of the page include:
- Deal name
- Pipeline
- Owner
- Created date
- Expected close date
Filters help quickly identify relevant deals.
Editing deals #
Deal detail page #
Clicking on a deal opens the deal detail page.
Left panel
- List of associated contacts
- Editable deal information form
Right panel
- WhatsApp chat with the selected contact
All deal fields can be edited from this page.
Quick actions #
From the deal detail page, you can:
- Clone the deal
- Delete the deal
Deleting deals #
Single deletion #
- Open the deal
- Click Delete
- Confirm
Bulk deletion #
Available only in List View, using multi-selection.
⚠️ Deleted deals cannot be recovered.
Pipeline statistics #
In Pipeline View, each stage shows:
- Total number of deals
- Total deal value within the stage
Deals and contacts #
From a contact’s detail page, you can:
- View open and closed deals
- Create a new deal automatically linked to the contact
Automations #
Available triggers #
Automations can be triggered by:
- Deal creation
- Deal updates
- Stage changes
- Contact added to or removed from a deal
Available actions #
- Create deal
- Update deal
Dynamic fields #
Triggers provide dynamic fields related to deals, contacts, pipelines, stages, amounts, and dates.
Meta Conversion API integration #
Overview #
When Meta Conversion API is enabled, deals automatically send events to the connected Meta Pixel.
This allows sales performance tracking in Meta Ads Manager.
Supported events #
- Lead – contact associated with a deal
- ViewContent – deal activity or updates
- Purchase – deal moved to a stage with 100% probability (Won)
If a deal is moved to Lost, a ViewContent event is sent instead.
Best practices #
- Use clear and consistent stage names
- Keep deal statuses up to date
- Always fill in amount and contacts
- Use Won and Lost stages correctly
- Enable Meta Conversion API for tracking
User permissions #
Access to Deals depends on the user role:
- Chat Operator: no access
- Administrator: full access
- Account Owner: full access
