Deals – User Guide

Sales opportunity and pipeline management

Overview #

The Deals feature allows you to manage sales opportunities and track their progress through customizable pipelines.
Each deal represents a sales opportunity associated with one or more contacts and helps track value, status, and expected close date.

Deals provides a clear view of the entire sales funnel, enabling teams to organize commercial activities and close deals more efficiently.

Accessing Deals #

To access the feature:

  1. Open the Deals section from the main menu
  2. On first access, you will be prompted to create a pipeline

At least one pipeline is required to start working with deals.

Sales Pipelines #

What is a pipeline #

A pipeline is a visual representation of your sales process.
It consists of multiple stages, each representing a phase of the sales journey, from initial contact to deal closure.

Creating a pipeline #

To create a pipeline:

  1. Click Create Pipeline
  2. Enter a descriptive name (e.g. Sales Pipeline, Customer Onboarding)
  3. Configure the stages
  4. Save the pipeline

Managing pipelines #

Pipelines can be managed from the ⚙️ Settings icon in the Deals section.

You can:

  • Create new pipelines (up to 10)
  • Rename existing pipelines
  • Change the pipeline order
  • Delete empty pipelines (without deals)

Pipeline Stages #

Stage structure #

Each pipeline contains multiple stages that represent the deal status.

When a pipeline is created, it includes:

  • One configurable initial stage
  • A Won stage with 100% probability
  • A Lost stage with 0% probability

The Won and Lost stages are fixed and cannot be deleted.

Stage configuration #

For each stage, you can define:

  • Name
  • Closing probability (0–100%)

Stages can be:

  • Reordered via drag & drop
  • Deleted only if they contain no deals

Deals #

Deal fields #

Contacts #

You can associate one or more contacts with a deal.
When a contact is selected, the deal title is automatically pre-filled with the contact’s name (editable).

Amount #

Represents the expected value of the deal.
The amount is displayed in views and used for statistics and reporting.

Close date #

Indicates when the deal is expected to close.
When a deal is moved to Won or Lost, the close date is automatically set if not already defined.

Reference #

An optional field useful for:

  • External system integrations
  • Automations
  • Quick deal identification

Meta Conversion API integration #

Overview #

When Meta Conversion API is enabled, deals automatically send events to the connected Meta Pixel.
This allows sales performance tracking in Meta Ads Manager.

Supported events #

  • Lead – contact associated with a deal
  • ViewContent – deal activity or updates
  • Purchase – deal moved to a stage with 100% probability (Won)

If a deal is moved to Lost, a ViewContent event is sent instead.

Best practices #

  • Use clear and consistent stage names
  • Keep deal statuses up to date
  • Always fill in amount and contacts
  • Use Won and Lost stages correctly
  • Enable Meta Conversion API for tracking

User permissions #

Access to Deals depends on the user role:

  • Chat Operator: no access
  • Administrator: full access
  • Account Owner: full access
