How to activate the Woocommerce plugin associated with Spoki Pro

Integrate Spoki with WooCommerce and send automatic notifications to your customers for:

• Confirming the correct receipt of the order
• Sending notifications with shipping information
• Confirming the delivery of an order
• Inviting customers to complete their purchases in case of abandoned carts

To get started with the first automations, follow these steps.

Actions to take on the Spoki Dashboard #

1. Log in to Spoki.
2. Click on the “Integrations” option in the menu.
3. Select the “WooCommerce” icon.
4. Press “Enable.”

Actions to take on your website #

1. Log in to your website’s dashboard (www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin).
2. In the left navigation bar, click on “Plugins.”
3. Click on “Add New” at the top left.
4. Click on “Install Now” and then “Activate.”
5. In the left navigation bar, click on “Spoki.”
6. Connect your Spoki account to the Spoki Plugin.
7. In the platform, click on “Menu” and then “Business Profile.”
8. On your site, in the “Spoki” page, enter the Phone Number, Business Name, and Email listed in your “Business Profile.”
9. Click on “Enable Spoki Free.”
