The dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of account activity, remaining credit, WhatsApp status, and reports on exchanged messages and contacted users.
WhatsApp Status #
The WhatsApp Status section displays information about the daily sending limits imposed by WhatsApp for each account, based on previous sending volumes and the quality of the messages sent.
It includes:
- The number of users contacted in the last 24 hours
- The number of users contacted in the previous 7 days
- Account quality (high, medium, low)
- Phone status (connected, flagged, limited)
For more details on evaluating the quality of your WhatsApp Business phone number, refer to the WhatsApp rules regarding daily contact limits.
Note: If your account quality is low, we recommend pausing all campaigns for at least 7 days. This is the time required for WhatsApp to restore your account quality to “high.” Continuing to send campaigns while the account quality is low may result in your account being banned.
Reports #
This section collects data related to messages sent and received during the last calendar month.
The available information includes:
- People contacted: unique phone numbers you have reached out to
- Conversations: number of conversations started (24-hour sessions that begin when the first message is exchanged between your number and the customer’s number)
- Messages exchanged: total number of sent and received messages
- Templates sent: number of template messages sent
- Free messages sent: number of free chat messages sent without a template
- Messages received: number of chat messages received
- Sent: count of messages sent
- Delivered: count of messages delivered
- Read: count of messages read (this value only applies to users who have enabled “read receipts” in WhatsApp; the actual number of messages read is likely higher)
At the top right, you can refresh the reports and download the desired monthly file. You can also filter reports by specific days or months.
Messages Exchanged #
The chart illustrates the periodic usage of messages exchanged (both incoming and outgoing).
From the top right corner, you can select the analysis period (minute, hour, day, month, quarter, year) and download the corresponding data.
